Registration

The personal supports program is a "pilot" program developed in partnership with communities. One of the objectives of the Personal Supports Demonstration Project is to gather information that will help us determine how to make the program more widely available. At this time, the Personal Supports Program is not available in all BC communities. If your community is not listed below, you will not be able to register for the program.

Additional Personal Supports Centres are in the planning stages, and this list will be updated as those Centres begin providing services in other communities.

If you see your community in the list above, you may continue with your registration online. If you live within the areas outlined above and are unable to register online, please print and complete the Personal Strategy and consent forms as completely as you can, and contact your local centre to speak to a Personal Supports Worker.

If you do not see your community, we encourage you to visit the Personal Supports Website (www.personalsupports.bc.ca) or call the Toll-Free Personal Supports Information Line (1-888-818-1211) (TTY: 1 800 661-8773) for information on various programs and funding that are available for equipment and assistive devices.
